We work with trusted logistics partners including GLS, UPS, and DHL to ensure reliable, trackable deliveries with no customs duties within the EU.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region and order weight. Free shipping is available for orders exceeding a certain threshold. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.

Storage During Transit

All peptides are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form, which ensures maximum stability during transit. Upon receipt, we recommend storing your products at 2-8°C, protected from light and vibrations.

Returns & Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
